Request for Proposals
United Way of Wyoming Valley/Northeast Region HIV Services Office is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested and qualified agencies to provide care, support, and prevention services for individuals and their families living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in the 6-county region of Northeastern PA. Applicants that have the ability and capacity to provide services to persons living with HIV/AIDS within Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming counties are encouraged to apply. All interested Applicants are required to complete the LOI Survey link. This screening tool will determine eligibility to apply for funding to provide State and Ryan White Part B (RWB) eligible services to persons living with and/or affected by HIV in the Northeast Regional service area. Once eligibility is confirmed, Applicants will be invited attend a mandatory meeting which will review the Request for Funding proposal process and deadlines. This mandatory meeting will take place on January 26, 2022 at 10:00 am. Applicants who do not attend this meeting will not be invited to submit a Request for Funding proposal.
